Your in-app data
We do not collect, use, save, or have access to your in-app user data. Your app data, settings, and visualizations are kept on your device and nowhere else unless you opt in to data backups.
Optional data backups
Data backups are an opt-in feature for subscribers. If you enable backups, your backup data is hosted online and tied to your account, which is registered under your email address. You can use the app without enabling data backups.
App usage and diagnostics
We may collect information about app usage in order to improve our apps or fix bugs. This may include technical and diagnostic information about how the app performs and which features are used.
Subscriptions and payments
We collect user-level identifiers for the purpose of managing subscription payments. This is done using your Apple or Google ID and the payment information we receive from the applicable app store. Apple and Google process your payment details; Nonagon does not directly receive your full payment card information.
